Job Summary
Support pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead and develop pharmacy technician staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development needs. Drive pharmacy growth by identifying business opportunities, implementing solutions to improve performance, and aligning the team around shared goals. Maintain customer and patient health through adoption of care programs while adapting to dynamic community healthcare settings. This full-time role requires a 40-hour week and an active pharmacy license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
