Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow. Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while implementing patient care programs to drive growth and improve performance. Motivate support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address development opportunities, then lead the team to achieve specified goals and adapt to changing community healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
