Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist with active state license and NPI; provides leadership in the pharmacy, supports the Pharmacy Manager, and acts as the pharmacist-on-duty, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, immunizations, patient counseling, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsible for managing workflow, inventory (including cold chain), complying with state/federal laws and CVS Health policies, and coaching pharmacy team members to deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining operational excellence. Must be available for regular scheduling, including nights and weekends, and maintain clinical and technical skills with ongoing trainings and CME requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
