Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and managing all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Drive patient care programs and loss prevention while identifying critical business opportunities to improve performance and grow the pharmacy. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps, then lead the team to achieve specified goals. Adapt to change and foster a culture of caring, energy, and enthusiasm to differentiate outcomes from competitors. Requires an active pharmacy license, Pharm. D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, and immunization certification. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours and a base pay range of $60.00 - $76.00.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
