Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager, leading bench shifts in the pharmacist-on-duty role, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, immunization delivery, patient counseling, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include coaching pharmacy staff, maintaining inventory with emphasis on cold chain integrity, ensuring compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations, addressing insurance and medication issues, and contributing to a safe, inclusive team environment. The role requires maintaining clinical and technical skills, adherence to laws and CVS Health policies, and flexibility to meet pharmacy and patient needs. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of related experience and ability to work at multiple market locations.

- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
