Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, financial profitability, and loss prevention. Manage patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy while driving growth and improving performance through team development and solution implementation. Balance assignments to maximize colleagues' strengths and address knowledge gaps, actively contributing to a culture of caring and pride. Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
