Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability while overseeing pharmacy technician support staff. Drive patient care programs, optimize workflows, and implement growth solutions to enhance performance and differentiate outcomes. Balance team development with daily diagnostic imaging coverage and loss prevention efforts to maintain a caring, high-energy culture. Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing staff assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
