Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Oversee personnel management, workflow, and loss prevention while driving growth through meaningful solutions and implementing patient care programs. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps, adapting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues to foster a caring, energetic team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
