Job Summary
Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and leading Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Direct daily patient care through prescription advising and chronic condition management, implement patient care programs, and drive growth by identifying business opportunities and leading team solutions. Balance assignments to maximize staff strengths, address development needs, and maintain a culture of compassion and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
