Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory management, and financial profitability. Lead patient care programs to maintain customer and patient health while managing workflow and loss prevention. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance. Adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting to deliver better outcomes and align the team around shared purpose.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
