Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead with Heart by displaying empathy for patients and colleagues, then motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities, contribute to meaningful solutions that drive growth, and lead your team to achieve specified goals while adapting to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
