Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist role focused on patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational leadership. Supports the Pharmacy Manager and oversees Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, while driving patient care programs, workflow optimization, inventory control, loss prevention, and initiatives to improve health outcomes for customers and communities. Requires active pharmacist license, immunization certification, and a Doctoral/Professional degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D. or Pharm. B.S. with licensure), with emphasis on delivering compassionate, compliant, and cost-effective care in a CVS Health community setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 (Full-time)
