Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist responsible for leading pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing, counseling patients, immunizing under supervision, and supporting inventory and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include acting as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts, coaching the pharmacy team, resolving insurance/medication issues, maintaining cold-chain integrity, and delivering patient-centered clinical care (e.g., testing and prescribing where permissible). Requires active pharmacist license in the store's state, NPI, and DEA-excluded-party clearance; strong focus on patient safety, teamwork, and compliance with state/federal laws. 30 hours anticipated weekly; full-time schedule with nights/weekends as needed.
