Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations with a focus on patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within CVS Health. Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician staff, oversee workflow, inventory, loss prevention, and financial performance, and drive patient care programs such as medication therapy management and immunization initiatives. Demonstrate strong leadership to motivate and develop staff, deliver excellent customer service, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaborate with teammates to improve health outcomes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
