Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist in a CVS Health retail location responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, immunizations, counseling, and team coaching during bench shifts; ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, manage inventory with emphasis on cold chain, and uphold regulatory compliance and patient-centered care. Provides clinical services (e.g., COVID/Flu testing and prescribing where permissible) and collaborates with the healthcare team to resolve insurance and medication issues, while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and maintaining continuous, empathetic patient service.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
