Staff Pharmacist Full Time

Staff Pharmacist responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy operations, serving as a role model for the pharmacy team, dispensing and counseling for safe medication use, immunizing patients, managing inventory with emphasis on cold chain, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations. The role involves taking direction from the Pharmacy Manager, acting as the pharmacist-on-duty, coaching technicians, addressing insurance and medication issues, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment, and supporting patient care through collaboration with the healthcare team. The position requires maintaining clinical and technical skills, completing required trainings, and supporting access to care with patient-centered service. Regular attendance, flexibility for scheduling including nights/weekends, and adherence to CVS Health policies are expected. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of related experience and ability to work at multiple locations as needed.
