Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Oversee customer service, personnel management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management to drive growth and improve performance. Lead patient care programs, motivate support staff, and implement solutions to achieve specified goals within a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
