Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead pharmacy technicians, balance assignments to maximize strengths, and address knowledge gaps. Drive growth by identifying critical business opportunities, implementing solutions to improve performance, and adapting plans for a dynamic community healthcare setting. Maintain patient care programs and model empathy for patients, customers, and colleagues. Collaborate to promote a caring team culture that differentiates CVS from competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
