Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and directing pharmacy technician staff. Balance daily diagnostic imaging coverage with patient care programs, loss prevention, and workflow optimization to drive growth and improve performance. Motivate and develop support staff by assigning tasks that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps, adapting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
