Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory while supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing pharmacy technician staff. Drive patient care programs to improve health outcomes, balance assignments to maximize team strengths, and identify business opportunities to enhance pharmacy performance and profitability. Implement growth solutions to differentiate CVS from competitors and foster a culture of caring and enthusiasm. This full-time role requires a 40-hour weekly schedule and an active pharmacy license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
