Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist responsible for safe and accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and immunizations; act as proxy to Pharmacy Manager during shifts; lead pharmacy team, ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, optimize workflow and inventory (including cold chain), resolve insurance/medication issues, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical care (testing/prescribing where permissible) to improve patient outcomes; maintain clinical/technical skills and uphold CVS Health policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
