Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Support the Pharmacy Manager by directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities. Lead the adoption and management of patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy while implementing solutions that drive growth and improve performance. Adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting to deliver better outcomes and align the team around shared purpose.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
