Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory. Oversee all aspects of pharmacy function including customer service, personnel management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow optimization. Drive patient care programs and implement solutions to improve performance and differentiate outcomes. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths and address development opportunities, while adapting to change to achieve specified growth goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
