Job Summary
Review and accurately dispense prescriptions following federal, state, and local regulations while providing patient education on medication usage and interactions. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy, conduct therapy management to improve adherence, and oversee sterile and non-sterile compound preparation. Monitor for drug interactions and allergies, maintain accurate pharmacy records, and participate in quality assurance initiatives. Provide training to pharmacy technicians and manage inventory for pharmaceutical supplies. Stay updated on current pharmacy practice and treatment protocols to ensure compliance with Delta Health Center policies.
Required Qualifications
