Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist responsible for dispensing, counseling, and immunizations with a focus on safe patient care and accurate prescription fulfillment. Acts as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts, coaches the pharmacy team, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, maintains inventory with emphasis on cold chain products, and supports clinical care including testing and prescribing services where permissible. Partners with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure compliant operations, delivers compassionate patient experiences, and demonstrates safe, inclusive teamwork. Requires active pharmacist license, NPI, and adherence to CVS Health policies; strong customer service, communication, and clinical care skills are essential.

- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
