Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operation, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead pharmacy technician support staff by managing assignments, addressing development opportunities, and balancing knowledge gaps to maximize team strengths. Drive pharmacy growth by identifying critical business opportunities, implementing solutions to improve performance, and aligning the team around shared goals. Maintain patient care programs while fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and pride among colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
