Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and managing all aspects of patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory. Oversee workflow, financial profitability, and loss prevention while driving growth through patient care program adoption and meaningful business solutions. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Maintain a full-time 40-hour schedule with a base pay range of $60.00 - $76.00 plus bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
