Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations at AuBurn Pharmacy Long Term Care, providing clinical leadership for nursing homes, group homes, and similar facilities. Manage immunization clinics, assisted cycle fills, eMAR integration, and sterile/non-sterile compounding while supervising staff in a closed-door environment. Ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care delivery with an assertive, customer-focused approach to multitasking and detail-oriented management. Schedule includes 8-10 hour shifts, 40-50 hours weekly between 8AM-7PM or 2PM-10PM, with rotating on-call and weekend shifts required. Experience with FrameworkLTC or QS1 software is preferred.
