Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients on medication needs, and administering immunizations. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches while guiding staff to resolve concerns within company guidelines. Ensure compliance with legal policies, safety controls, and operational reviews by analyzing reports and implementing action plans. Build relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and improve processes. Maintain confidential documentation and uphold ethics and integrity standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
