Staff Pharmacist (7 On/7 Off - Third Shift)

Job Summary
Conduct proper dispensing of medications filled through ExactCare, ensuring correct and safe supply delivery to the general public. Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions, perform DUR to identify MTM eligible patients, and execute clinical interventions with follow-up. Provide clinical consults to patients and healthcare professionals, manage incoming and outgoing prescription transfers, and ensure all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met. Answer the Dr. call line and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requires a current Ohio Pharmacist license, Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy, and preferred closed-door/production pharmacy experience. Full-time, 40-hour week with ad-hoc availability outside normal hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Current Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio
- Prior Pharmacist experience
- Closed-door/production pharmacy experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods of time
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling medications, operating equipment, and using computer systems
- Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds
- Visual acuity to read prescription labels, reports, and computer screens accurately
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during production activities
- Availability outside of normal business hours
- Eligibility to work in this country
