Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care by processing prescriptions, counseling patients on medication needs, and administering immunizations while maintaining controlled medication documentation. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling proper customer service techniques, resolving concerns, and guiding associates on compliance with company policies and safety standards. Ensure operational execution by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention controls, and overseeing quality assurance reviews to meet regulatory and business goals. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all patient interactions while adapting to diverse community health concerns and emerging health issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
