Job Summary
Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and provide counseling on health care needs while maintaining confidential information and controlled medication documentation. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling proper customer service approaches, resolving concerns, and guiding associates on compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Analyze reports to monitor loss prevention, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews, then develop action plans to improve team knowledge and patient safety. Engage with the community through outreach events and Wellness Days, adapting to diverse patient backgrounds to advocate for their wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
