Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders while counseling them on healthcare and medication needs. Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart, ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations including HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Model proper customer service approaches to guide pharmacy staff. This role requires a pharmacist with a PharmD or FPGE degree and an active license, plus completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program. Located at 1250 Goemann Rd, Fairmont, MN, the position offers a salary range of $98,000 to $172,000 for a 40-hour week, with additional performance bonuses available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines
