Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders while counseling them on healthcare and medication needs. Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart, ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Model and provide guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches. This role offers a salary range of $98,000.00 - $172,000.00 for a 40-hour week, with an additional $40,000 sign-on bonus. Located at 1250 Goemann Rd, Fairmont, MN, the position requires a PharmD or equivalent degree with a current pharmacy license and immunization training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines
