Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders and counseling them on healthcare needs. Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Model and provide guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches. This role requires a Staff Pharmacist with a Bachelor's or PharmD degree and an active license, along with ACPE Accredited Immunization training. The position offers an annual salary range of $98,000.00 - $172,000.00 for a 40-hour week, with additional performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines
