Job Summary
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care by processing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling customers on medication needs while maintaining strict confidentiality. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling proper customer service techniques, enforcing compliance with company policies, and guiding associates to resolve concerns effectively. Ensure operational safety and quality by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention controls, and developing action plans to improve team knowledge and reduce risks. Engage with the community through outreach events and Wellness Days while staying updated on local health issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
