Job Summary
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care by processing prescription orders, counseling patients on medication needs, and administering immunizations. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling proper customer service techniques, enforcing compliance with company policies, and guiding associates through operational procedures. Ensure accuracy and safety by maintaining controlled medication documentation, analyzing quality assurance reports, and implementing action plans to reduce risks. Engage with the community through wellness events and outreach while staying updated on emergent health issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
