Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders. Counsel patients on healthcare and medication needs while administering immunizations and other Walmart-developed programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Model proper customer service approaches and guide pharmacy staff. This role requires a pharmacy license, a PharmD or Bachelor's degree, and ACPE-accredited immunization training. Located at Th Ave Nw, Austin, MN, the position offers a salary range of $98,000 to $172,000 for a 40-hour week, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines
