Job Summary
Manage daily personnel supervision to ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service. Coordinate onboarding, conduct new hire orientations, and audit start requirements. Manage employee relations including coaching, performance reviews, assignment changes, and exit interviews. Anticipate staffing needs, communicate workforce requirements with clients, and participate in forecasting meetings. Run daily attendance and headcount reports, process payroll, and maintain the timeclock database. Investigate safety incidents, handle workers' comp claims, and document unemployment. Coach associates on policies and lead investigations. Create reports using CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance software to identify workforce challenges and collaborate on solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- A year or more in a leadership role
- Experience in a customer service role responsible for multi-level client communication
- HR and data management experience
- Demonstrable success managing a team or process
- Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
- Ability to lead, organize, and build effective and diverse teams
- Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms
- Ability to listen and respond to information effectively and influence decision makers
- Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions
