Job Summary
Onsite Staffing Manager overseeing day-to-day supervision at client sites with a focus on performance management, coaching, and employee relations. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and hiring, maintaining timekeeping and payroll accuracy, producing productivity and headcount reports, conducting orientation and safety training, handling workers’ compensation incidents, participating in client service reviews, and serving as a liaison between branch and client. Requires experience in customer service, HR/data management, leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools. Demonstrates ability to develop value-added services, manage relationships with supervisors and associates, and promote high levels of client satisfaction.
