Job Summary
Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues; educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues; coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners; delivers client customized new hire orientations; collects and reviews onboarding documents; runs reports using CRM and Power BI; participates in client meetings about safety and operations; coaches associates on attendance policies and conducts ABC performance reviews; processes payroll and tracks attendance; conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks; walks candidates through tours of client facility; uses Microsoft Office; HR experience is preferred.
