Staff Pediatric Surgeon, Los Angeles

Staff Pediatric Surgeon role based in the Los Angeles area with UCLA Health. Provide expert pediatric surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents across a network of medical centers and community hospitals. Responsibilities include call coverage across medical centers and community hospitals, 2-24 hour shifts with flexibility, day and night call schedule, weekly clinics for consultations and follow-up, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Play a key role in expanding pediatric surgical coverage within the community network. Must hold MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Surgery, board certification in Pediatrics, and active California medical license and DEA license. The position is contract-based for 1 year with salary in the provided range; offers may be prorated based on hours worked.
