Job Summary
Manage the OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes within Customer Service to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze SCM KPIs and implement improvement actions to support sales, profit, and business growth. Contribute to supply chain-related projects and perform responsibilities such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), OTC & issue management, KPI management, and logistics/provider monitoring. Requires Bachelor’s degree or above, English and Japanese language capability, and 2+ years in supply chain (or 4+ years in related fields) with SAP or ERP experience and MS Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
