Staff Nurse - WOW- Full-time - Observation

Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data while providing age-specific nursing interventions consistent with the plan of care and standards of practice. Foster an environment demonstrating caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors. Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff, and apply standard work in relation to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators. Contribute to department performance through precepting novice employees, cultivating evidence-based practices, and demonstrating continued professional growth via goal setting and education. Will float to assist in other like units as needed.
