Job Summary
Process patients from assessment to discharge in medications assisted and drug-free treatment programming. Dispense medications per established procedures and monitor methadone dosages. Monitor physical and mental health well-being while documenting findings. Maintain knowledge of substance abuse pathology and state/federal regulations. Must be available to travel if needed. Schedule includes 6:45 am to 3:15 pm weekdays and rotating weekend shifts. Requires RN or LPN registration in Illinois with CPR certification and two years post-degree experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two years post degree experience in hospital or agency setting
- Good communication skills
- General basic nursing and medical terminology knowledge
- Knowledge of substance abuse pathology
- Knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations
- RN, L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois
- Certified in CPR
- Must be available to travel if needed
