Staff Nurse Special Care Nursery

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with a focus on family-centered care for patients across all developmental stages. Demonstrate specialized knowledge to address physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs while performing leadership, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice duties. Mentor new employees, participate in staff education, and collaborate with provider staff to promote efficient operations and legendary customer service. Support systems-based and informatics duties, with potential temporary assignments throughout the Akron Children's Hospital enterprise. Requires a BSN, Ohio RN license, and EPIC experience.
