Job Summary
Manage critical care patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervise licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Prioritize and delegate patient care while completing assigned work assignments in a fast-paced environment. Maintain effective oral and written communication in English. Requires current California nursing license, AHA BLS, ACLS, Basic Arrhythmia, Basic 12-lead EKG, and Critical Care course within six months of hire. Salary range $47.90 - $71.84.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license, state of California
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card
- ACLS
- Basic Arrhythmia
- Basic 12-lead EKG
- Critical Care course
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage/prioritize/delegate patient care
- Able to complete work assignments and other duties as assigned
- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements
