Job Summary
Staff Nurse responsible for actively participating in professional role development activities, continuing education, quality assessment/improvement, and applying research findings to practice. Uses Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and state scope of practices to guide ethical, patient-centered care, leading interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality dialysis services. Opportunities for formal and informal professional growth, career advancement, and serving a multidisciplinary team focused on improving patient outcomes and the overall dialysis experience.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of registered nurse experience
- Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
- Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure
- Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required
