Job Summary
Administer medications, tube feedings, and treatments as prescribed; prepare quarterly and annual health assessments; and inform physicians of resident health changes while implementing their orders. Complete daily charting for care provided and act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants, and case managers regarding resident status. Ensure optimal health care through clinical excellence and caring practice within a homelike setting featuring low client-staff ratios.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry
- current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers
- ability to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its functional and environmental requirements
