Staff Nurse- RN/LPN Full & Part Time Sign on Bonus Offered

Staff Nurse position on NT4 Ortho-Urology Surgical Unit (41-bed unit) requiring LPN and RN responsibilities with tasks including med administration (oral meds, IV piggyback), trach care, NG tube/care, ostomy care, wound and device management (JP drains, chest tubes, SCDs), documentation and care planning after RN assessment, patient education and discharge instructions, and coordination with physicians/APPs. Unit emphasizes teamwork with full-time and part-time educators, nurse supervisors, a manager, and charge nurses; patient population includes acute ortho and urology surgical patients with a 1:4-6 nurse-to-patient ratio, telemetry monitoring, and standard post-operative and trauma care.
